A Truly Exceptional Experience at the Hotel – Heartfelt Thanks to the Wonderful Staff! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality, and our entire stay was nothing short of exceptional. Upon check-in, Sanjay made us feel incredibly welcome and even went above and beyond by upgrading us to the executive floor and rooms. We were traveling with my mother, younger brother, and two nieces, and when Sanjay learned this, he ensured that we were all on the same floor for added convenience. This thoughtful touch set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. When we arrived at our rooms, we were delighted to find them spacious, immaculate, and beautifully organized – a perfect home away from home. Our first day kicked off with breakfast at Kitchen7, where we were warmly greeted by the staff with smiles and genuine enthusiasm. As vegetarians who do not eat eggs or fish, we were especially grateful to the talented chefs—Hemraj, Bhavik Modi, Mangla, Pawan, and Chef Rathi—who went out of their way to prepare delicious dosas for us every day during our stay. A special thank you to Kay, Jyotika, Payal, Arlyn, and supervisors Shamol, Shriful, Arman, and Pankaj, who all made us feel so welcomed. The staff at Kitchen7 were incredibly attentive, and it was clear that they cared about our experience. They even prepared smoothies and hot chocolates for my nieces, which truly made their day! To top it off, when we returned to our room, we found that the staff had left two cookie decorating kits for the girls, a thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to our stay. We also had the pleasure of exploring other parts of the hotel, including the stunning Catch restaurant near the pool, where Nischal (apologies if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly), Mahendra, Pankaj & othe streated us to fantastic service. Their kindness and helpfulness were remarkable, and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them.

The warm welcome with which we were greeted was only the beginning of a fantastic experience at the JW Marriott . Thanks to my friend at the reception for taking care of us during the early check in by getting us upgraded in fantastic suites for both of us and the kids ! The rest of the stay was just a succession of pleasant discoveries ... an amazing breakfast with help full and dedicated peoples. Many thanks to Amrita ,Ranveen ,Gopika ,Samsul , Sharifull and Naveen . Of course a special thanks to my friend Tarik who was always looking after satisfying any of our request with a good mood . Well done to you all guys , you really deserve the best grade 10/10 ! The variety of the meals offered was just perfect and above our expectations. I will note speak about the food and the tasteful cuisine without mentioning the Chefs : A big thanks to Pawan , Henray and Singh for their delicious dishes and their efforts to satisfy our slightest expectations. The differents restaurant in the Hotel was also the opportunity to discover new flavors and taste . A special thanks to the Butter Buns team and specially to our friend from Indonsenia , the smiling lady that i forget the name , sorry ! Thanks a lot for the warm welcome and the precious advice you gave me . It make our stay in Muscat even more confortable , so thanks a million ! Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

the rooms were spacious with wonderful shower and bathroom befitting of a modern luxury hotel. The breakfast was superb with terrific range of choices and fine coffees. If you the chance take up the executive lounge offer which reduce the cost of the breakfast and also provides a superb happy hour access to drinks and a limited range of food. staff were very friendly also. the gym is outstanding the best as a family we have experienced. the location is fine as taxis on the app ( rather than through the hotel which were much more expensive) did not exceed £20 to get into muscat
