A Truly Exceptional Experience at the Hotel – Heartfelt Thanks to the Wonderful Staff! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality, and our entire stay was nothing short of exceptional. Upon check-in, Sanjay made us feel incredibly welcome and even went above and beyond by upgrading us to the executive floor and rooms. We were traveling with my mother, younger brother, and two nieces, and when Sanjay learned this, he ensured that we were all on the same floor for added convenience. This thoughtful touch set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. When we arrived at our rooms, we were delighted to find them spacious, immaculate, and beautifully organized – a perfect home away from home. Our first day kicked off with breakfast at Kitchen7, where we were warmly greeted by the staff with smiles and genuine enthusiasm. As vegetarians who do not eat eggs or fish, we were especially grateful to the talented chefs—Hemraj, Bhavik Modi, Mangla, Pawan, and Chef Rathi—who went out of their way to prepare delicious dosas for us every day during our stay. A special thank you to Kay, Jyotika, Payal, Arlyn, and supervisors Shamol, Shriful, Arman, and Pankaj, who all made us feel so welcomed. The staff at Kitchen7 were incredibly attentive, and it was clear that they cared about our experience. They even prepared smoothies and hot chocolates for my nieces, which truly made their day! To top it off, when we returned to our room, we found that the staff had left two cookie decorating kits for the girls, a thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to our stay. We also had the pleasure of exploring other parts of the hotel, including the stunning Catch restaurant near the pool, where Nischal (apologies if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly), Mahendra, Pankaj & othe streated us to fantastic service. Their kindness and helpfulness were remarkable, and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them.

We enjoyed the mutual curiosity and friendly exchange. In particular, we were impressed by the very professional and friendly service by the staff at JW Marriott. We had planned to stay only 1 night, then decide on a different location later, but after experiencing the hospitality, we chose to stay at this hotel for the remainder of our holiday. Aside from the beautiful modern rooms and facilities, at every opportunity we received first class attention and our requests (Arabian horse riding experience) was arranged with enthusiasm. I would like to describe in detail, the one-of-a-kind service I received but that would make this too lengthy a review. I hope the pictures will convey our most positive experience we had at JW. I predict that we will be reminiscing about our stay here for quite some time. Thank you lovely staff, for making our first visit in Oman such a positive travel experience. Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.
